World Cup - Day 17 - June 25th
We wake up to make our way to Cairo at 7:15am. We are picked up by Hany Halim, our guide, and taken straight to the pyramids. The site of the pyramids is awe inspiring, the only problem I have is that the city continues to creep closer to the site with apartments, restaurants, and warehouses....which is sad. We visit a papyrus store, cotton stores, a perfurme store, etc. After some shopping, sightseeing, we get back to the airport....much sweatier than I want to be.
